"She loved me back to life."
Don't mind me I'm just in a colleen hoover book marathon right now and I'm realizing that I do love the angst she brings in her books so much....keep it going.
Tate Collins and Miles Archer, well their story went from being extra hot to making me really emotional really quick. Hoover is a genius from writing Miler's pov from 6 years ago cause the reader knew what's going on but poor Tate had no idea so of course I felt bad for her seeing her hoping for his love. What I did like about this book was their chemistry, from the first pages you could tell that these two had something going on, even if Miler had a no attachments rule going on he couldn't help but want Tate. This was a really cute story about how one people can enter your life and change it forever, Miles had a really dark past and I'm glad he got to experience love once again.
One other thing that I really liked in this book was the relationship Tate had with her brother, it was so precious to see them living together and him acting like it was his job to protect her almost like a dad figure since they lived away from their parents. Also, the relationship with Miles and his friends was so sweet they were definitely acting like brothers!!!
What i didn't really enjoy is how Miles was treating Tate at one point in their "relationship",i get that people have traumas but that's not once again an excuse to treat someone like garbage. I'm happy for them though and the epilogue was truly the best ending for this couple.
Simon vs the Homo Sapiens Agenda
watched the movie stayed for the book
I'm one of those people that from the moment I heard about the movie I had to read the book and let me tell you I instantly fell in love with these characters. Such a heartwarming story and knowing that this book helped other's with their sexuality makes me so glad I picked it up, doesn't matter if you can relate with the story or not this is a book that you need to read.

LILY AND LO
One of the first na romance books i ever read and that's why these characters will always be special to me. The perfect childhood best friends to lovers book, so funny, so soft and so angsty!!!
"The worst part of being college rivals with Gus Everett? Probably the fact that i wasn't sure he knew we were"
Finished beach read last night and i couldn't stop thinking about these characters somehow i got so attached to them and their story i didn't want to fisnish this book. Favorite thing about this book aside from the characters must be the writing i will for sure check more of the author's work.
If you love witty banter like i do then this is the perfect book for you but don't be fooled this is NOT just a romance novel this book seriously made me cry like a baby at some parts.
"Write a romance despite having reccently lost close to allfaith in love and humanity"
What can i say about January Andrews i just want to hug her and promise her that everything is gonna be alright. Janie is such a strong character she often had to put a brave face on and pretend that everything was okay even tho she was drowning. She lost her dad recently and learned that he wasn't exactly the men she knew. She was broke, mentally exhausted and had under 3 months to write a book. So here comes the beach house her dad left her. She went there hoping for a closure, for some insiration to hit. Her first night there and everything was already about to change. And that's how we meet Augustus "Gus" Everett her old college rival slash new neighbor (even tho she didn't knew yet about the second part). They meet at the local bookshop and suprise suprise she realizes that she's about to spent the next 3 months next door to him. One thing comes to another and they strike a deal. January is gonna write a book without a happy ending and Gus is gonna try to write a book with one.
"Pretending we weren't sixteen years old and a little bit obsessed with each other"
The romance in this book you guys ugh my heart was melting they went back and forth from teasing each other to admiting their feelings and i was here rooting from them i wanted them to end up together so bad they made each other so happy. Their banter WAS EVERYTHING i can't coun't the amount of times this book made me laugh out loud this was everything i needed during this quarantine. I was just sitting there watching them going on their ''research'' dates falling more and more with each other and i absolutely loved every minute of it.
"Everybody's got shit, January. Sometimes, thinking about someone else's is almost a relief."
Well if you thought that this was gonna be a light rom com then you were wrong. Starting from January grieving and ending to Gus' past this book had me sobbing. These characters are more than just two authors on a writers block trying to find their soulmate, these two people are trying to find the meaning of their new life of who are they trying to be. January feels that she has be faking the way she feels her whole life she always tried to be there for her mom be strong put everyone else first and somehow she forgot herself her own happiness. Gus ugh where do i begin his back story was heartbreaking it felt like he was a grown up his whole life he never got a break. Both him and January went through things a kid shouldn't be going and that's why i'm so glad they found each other they found their person and they didn't care about the happy ending as long as they had good days on their way.
" If i were hit by a meteor while in the car with you, yes, i would still think i went out on a high note"
There's this one quote in this book that i didn't want to spoil to you guys that made my heart so warm, it's about how you know you are in love with a person and not just romantically!!! So yeah i pretty much loved this and i hope we get a second book or Shadi's book (I WANT A BEST FRIEND LIKE SHADI SHE WAS SO PURE AND SUPPOSRTIVE AND EVERYONE DESERVES A SHADI IN HER LIFE). Fisrt book i read from Emily Henry and she didn't disappoint at all, be sure to check this book and add it in your tbr list if you haven't already!!!

I'm an emotional mess
A Quiet Kind of Thunder
So I finished this book today and I just had to go ahead and write a review about it because I absolutely fell in love with it. As an adult sometimes I have a hard time connecting with ya books but this one was the perfect mix of a soft read and correct anxiety representation, so I had to check it out. Also, this book helped me get out of my slump so if you’re looking for something to read this is the book for you.
“I want the world, I think. Even if it scares me.”
Let’s start with our main heroine Steffi. Steffi suffers from selective mutism among many other things since she can remember herself, she loves animals and currently works at a kennel. Now let me tell you her anxiety was so well portrayed here I could feel many parts of this book hitting close to home (especially the part with her talking about her thoughts in the bus) and I have to thank the author for that. In this book we see steffi’s journey and how she tried to help herself not because she was embarrassed of her mental illness, or she wanted to fix herself but because she wanted to feel better with herself as she was. This story showed us how a girl like our heroine deals with family issues and how parents can help their kids instead of adding extra anxiety to the mix…..even tho her mom acted kinda ableist towards her daughter at the first chapters steffi ended up having four supportive parents at the end of the book, parents that actually listened to her and understood her mental illness.
Tem!!! I just adored their friendship, Steffi and Tem had been friends since forever and this book just made my heart melt with how Tem has always treated her friend, always being there for her even when things are hard. Friendships are not supposed to always be that easy they have their ups and downs and if you feel differently this book is here to change your mind. Love seeing healthy female friendships in books we need more woman love in this world!!
«With lightning, you’re never really sure if that’s what it was; it’s just a flash. Thunder, you know. You feel it.«
And finally our boy Rhys, god do I love soft boys in ya books they’re everything to me. So Rhys is deaf, and we follow his journey as a new student in Steffi’s school, he wants to become a video game developer and joins this high school to kind of challenge himself. They meet there and start bonding because she is the only other person in school that knows BSL (this book really made me want to start learning BSL BTW). Their romance wow they just fit together and not just because he is the deaf boy, and she’s the mute girl they have so many things in common, they started as friends and OMG THEY’RE SO ADORABLE these dorks texting all the time and being shy about their feelings ugh kinda miss being young and innocent about the world.
If you’re looking for an extra sweet romance book about first loves with anxiety/deafness/poc rep and not a big plot just teenagers learning how to deal with the world this one is the book for you ❤ This story spreads awareness and open up your eyes a bit more about the world outside, highly recommended.
“We assume the sun will rise every morning just because it has done every other day, but what happens when you wake up to darkness?”
Yeah, I would like to announce that abigail haas is now one of my all-time favorite authors. There's something so special about her writing and her characters, so captivating and so refreshing.
Even tho this book wasn't as good as dangerous girls (I mean I don't think any other book can compare to that but I might be biased because I absolutely LOVED that book and if you haven't read that please do it ASAP I swear it's a ride !!!!) I felt this instant connection with the characters. Chloe omg Abigail did it again creating once more this complex character and making us fall in love with her even if she was wrong even if she was flawed. I don't know about you guys but. I feel that Chloe definitely deserves another book especially with that ending......
“The man who’d made me, unleashed everything I was. The only one who ever knew me at all. ”
The romance aspect of this book now well this was fascinating if you love toxic relationships and REALLY complex characters this is the book for you. I couldn't help but root for them to end up together even if the whole situation going on was completely sick.....yeah this author definitely has me questioning myself. The way things unfold tho....just perfect, the perfect ending.
romantic thrillers !!!!
Best book boyfriend !!!
This was simply amazing
I know that i'm supposed to write a review right now but i don't have the words to say how much i loved this book. It had everything i love, complex characters, interesting plot, plot twists, mystery an absolute gem that you need to read ASAP. I just want to be friends with Abigail Haas, live in her mind and tell her all about my theories.
"I'm not alone anymore"
Anna and Elise i mean wow that was a fucking ride they took best friends to another freaking level, it become obsession everything was a game with them, once you thought that you knew them that you have finally figured them out and then BAM another flashback. I don't know if this is a case of a good bad characters they were both so complex and yeah obviously they had some issues...a lot of them....but i just ended up rooting for both of them i wanted justice for Elise but also for Anna. They loved each other so much so so so much that it went from love to crazy obsession and honestly it was so captivating i couldn't stop reading. I know that it's fucked but i'm so happy that they found each other the book kept talking about how Elise was that perfect girl but only Anna truly knew her.
"Would it have made a difference if i had cried?"
Our heroine Anna well that's a main characters that i won't be forgetting for a while. If you have already read the book you know just what i mean, should we hate her ? i don't think that we can she was the perfect narrator she had us exactly where she wanted us to be, we felt for her, we wanted to protect her she manipulated everyone around her. The only person she only ever let in was Elise and she truly thought that she was loving her untill the end and after the end. For me i felt that Anna never really loved anyone she became obsessed with them and Tate was her latest obsession he was their lastest game. I can't express enough how much i loved being in Anna's mind and seeing her going through all of this it was emotionally exhausting to read at times not gonna lie.
"Wouldn't we all look guilty, if someone searched hard enough?"
God all the scenes with the trail were so hard to read, seeing how easy is for someone to have his life destroyed it's so damn scary and this book was just so raw the author did an amazing job writing this parts i was on the edge of my seat reading the scenes and hoping for someone to believe Anna to take her pain away. Had to take a moment after some parts just to keep my nerves calm cause it was just exhausting seeing this young girl being potrayed like that just because she didn't have the money or power to get away.
A book you don't want to miss i swear there is so much more going on in this book you have no idea just go in with an open mind and enjoy it, i read it on one sitting cause these twists were messing with my head and i had to know how is this gonna end.
The Hating Game: the funniest romcom you'll read this year
“Books were, and always would be, something a little magic and something to respect.”
Josh and Hazel's Guide to Not Dating
My Favorite Half-Night Stand
Σαν φαν της best friends to lovers trope δεν μπορούσα αλλά να μην αγαπήσω αυτό το βιβλίο και τον Reid με την Millie.
One True Loves
I cried like 3 times...
So I think now it's a good time to talk about when is Taylor Jenkins Reid gonna pay me for this emotional damage. My heart broke and then it was mended and then I felt like throwing my phone at the wall cause I couldn't handle this. Seeing Emma grieving and feeling guilty not knowing if she should feel happy again if she should move on really hit me hard in the feels. I loved the ending I love how she ended up with (you know who not gonna spoil- read the book please) he made her a better person he made her love herself and that's all we're looking in a relationship. Absolutely loved how this book told us that it's okay to love two people at the same time, it's a different kind of love, a love that shapes you to the person that you're today.
