The plot was a bit lacking in my opinion, but I think it was a nice introduction to the plot that will unfold in the next books. It focuses on the main charachter's development and mental health, explaining a lot of what happened in the Acotar books!

A bit different writing than the shadow and bone trilogy which is a big plus for me! The found family trope was beautiful and one of my favorite elements in this book! The plot had the perfect amount of action and the heist storyline keeps you interested until the end!

MASTERPIECE.
Probably my absolute favourite Sarah j.mass book ever. You really get to know the characters a lot more and every moment with the inner circle is just perfect. It deals with PTSD, self worth and empowerment. If you didn't like the first book this will change your mind. A nice view on love, friendship and family. Perfect. Funny, action-packed and romantic all in one!
